We provide an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our commitment that every associate graduates from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are always on the lookout for potential associates with passion, an eagerness to learn, and a willingness to be trained and coached.
As an associate, you’ll work side-by-side with our experienced stylists, gaining advanced knowledge in precision cutting, custom coloring, scalp health treatments, guest service excellence, and salon operations. You’ll also have the opportunity to build your clientele while mastering both technical artistry and the client experience that sets NikkiCole’s apart.
Just like our current service providers, our Associate Program has a performance-based level system. There are 4 levels, and each one has a specific skill set that is the focus of training. With each level jump, there is a raise in the hourly wage and the opportunity to move up to the next level.
We provide a structured learning path, continuous feedback, and a positive environment where your growth is our priority. By the end of the program, you’ll be fully equipped to step behind the chair with the expertise, confidence, and professionalism needed to succeed in a thriving salon career.

Steph Warren
Stephanie Warren has been a licensed cosmetologist for over a year. From an early age, she has been passionate about all areas of beauty (hair, makeup, skincare). Her specialties include hair color, cuts, highlights, balayage, blowouts, and she is currently working toward hair extension certification.
When Stephanie has free time, she enjoys making videos on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
Taylor Crisp
Taylor Crisp began her cosmetology journey at Swofford Career Center before relocating to Myrtle Beach, where she continued her education at the Academy of Academics and Technology.
She is passionate about making a positive impact on everyone she meets. Whether you’re in her chair or simply in her presence, Taylor strives to create an environment where everyone feels accepted, valued, and uplifted. Her love for hair design is fueled by the opportunity to bring confidence and joy to others.
Sarah Burczynski
Sarah is a graduate of Horry-Georgetown Technical College, completing her cosmetology program in early November.
She specializes in highlighting and is passionate about creating customized looks that help her clients feel confident and beautiful, inside and out. Outside of the salon, Sarah enjoys relaxing at home with a good book and her dogs, and spending time at the beach whenever the weather allows.
