Can I bring my kids to my appointment with me?
While we love families and children here at NikkiCole’s, we are concerned for their safety. Therefore, whenever possible, please bring children and other guests in only when they have an appointment in the salon to ensure you and our other guests can have the utmost memorable experience possible.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We understand that life happens and will review each situation accordingly. Typically, less than 48 hours of cancellation may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Second offences or complete no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Those who have not shown up before will require all fees to be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
Do all of your stylists charge the same amount?
No, we have many different stylists with various levels of experience. When you book online, the prices will automatically change based on the stylist you choose.
Do all of your stylists offer the same services?
No, our stylists are independent and may have different certifications that allow them to offer unique services when booked directly through them.
Head Spa Service
Should you wash your hair before a head spa treatment?
No, we like to see your scalp in action, so it’s best to have your head spa treatment be your wash day. This way, we get a true response of your scalp and how it works.
How long should you wait to get another Head Spa Treatment done?
For the standard Head Spa Treatment, we recommend 6-8 weeks. If you are doing the Hair Loss Treatment, we recommend adding two weeks in between services because this will allow your scalp to naturally start producing hair instead of becoming reliant on the treatment itself.
Can I get a Head Spa Treatment done with extensions in?
The massage techniques involved in the treatment may damage extensions. That’s why we recommend scheduling your appointment on the day you move up your extensions. Once you get your extensions out, you can do the Head Spa service, then get your extensions back in.
Is this service curly-hair friendly?
Yes! Our Head Spa Treatment is good for all hair types. Whether you have curly hair, fine hair, thick, straight, long, short, or even bald – you will see benefits.
Is there an age preference for this service?
No, our Head Spa Treatment is safe for kids, teens, and adults.
Is this treatment safe for pregnant women?
Yes, as long as you can lay on the massage bed for 50 minutes without discomfort. All of our products are natural, and we can supply extra pillows for comfort as well.
