Our Policies
To avoid any cancellation fees, kindly give our staff at least 48 hours ‘ notice. We understand that life happens and will review each situation accordingly. Typically, less than 48 hours of cancellation may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Second offenses or complete no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Those who have not shown up before will require all fees to be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
While we love families and children here at NikkiCole’s, we are concerned for their safety. Therefore, whenever possible, please bring children and other guests in only when they have an appointment in the salon to ensure you and our other guests can have the utmost memorable experience possible.
