Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with a mentor stylist to hone skills in cutting, coloring, guest services, and more
- Assist with salon operations including shampooing, blow drying, color application, and client care
- Attend in-salon classes and advanced training sessions
- Shadow experienced stylists and gain real experience behind the chair
- Prepare for a smooth transition into a full-time stylist role upon completion
